Participants should register for the conference in advance. Please use our online Registration Form. Early registration is advised. A confirmation of registration will be sent to all participants.

Payment for registration should be made in advance in Euro free of charge. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Please select the relevant method of payment on your on-line registration form. Checks will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing to the FBU Conference Office. If notification is received by July 31 2006, a refund of 75% will be made of the amount you have already paid. If notification is received between August 1 en August 31 2006, the refund will be 50% of the amount already paid. No refunds for cancellations made after August 31, 2006. We would like to emphasise that if you have not yet paid the conference fee, but would like to cancel your registration, it is still necessary to pay the owed sum. This will be 25% of the conference fee when you cancel before July 31 2006, 50% when you cancel between August 1 en August 31 2006, and the total amount for cancellations received later than August 31 2006.
